Punishment for Adultery - Stoned to Death or 100 Lashes: Why Adultery when Marriage is Legal?

It is a matter of bringing a new life NOT taking life, and a baby may be born because of this adultery (Rape). Persons involved in adultery must be put into accountability as well, incase of a child is born and Government must punish them to take all the responsibilities of the born child and Government must keep an eye on them for the whole life, unless they completely repent. Keep in mind, incase of stone to death these burden of child expenses etc. will be pass on to the rest of the community which is totally unjust and not fair to the community.

Man and Woman both need to be investigated thoroughly and scientifically (Medical Test) as well:

The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication flog each of them with a hundred (100) stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment, (AL_Quraan_024.002).

Punishment for False Blame on Sex:

And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations), flog them with eighty (80) stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors; unless they repent thereafter and mend (their conduct); for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful, (Al_Quraan_024.004-005).

Restrictions to marry with the followings:

Forbidden unto you are your mothers, and your daughters, and your sisters, and your father's sisters, and your mother's sisters, and your brother's daughters and your sister's daughters, and your foster mothers, and your foster sisters, and your mothers-in-law, and your stepdaughters who are under your protection (born) of your women unto whom ye have gone in but if ye have not gone in unto them, then it is no sin for you (to marry their daughters) and wives of your sons who (spring) from your own loins. And (it is forbidden unto you) that ye should have two sisters together, except what hath already happened (of that nature) in the past. Lo! Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. And all married women are forbidden unto you except those (captives) whom your right hands possess. It is a decree of Allah for you. Lawful unto you are all beyond those mentioned, so that ye seek them with your wealth in honest wedlock, not debauchery. And those of whom ye seek content (by marrying them) give unto them their portions as a duty. And there is no sin for you in what ye do by mutual agreement after the duty (hath been done). Lo! Allah is ever Knower, Wise. And whoso is not able to afford to marry free, believing woman, let them marry from the believing maids whom your right hands possess. Allah knoweth best (concerning) your faith. Ye (proceed) one from another; so wed them by permission of their folk, and give unto them their portions in kindness, they being honest, not debauched nor of loose conduct, (Al_Quraan_004.023-025).

Do NOT marry unbelieving women (idolaters), UNTIL they believe: A slave woman who believes is better than an unbelieving woman, even though she allures you. NOR marry to unbelievers UNTIL they believe: A man slave who believes is better than an unbeliever, even though he allures you. Unbelievers do (but) beckon you to the Fire. But Allah beckons by His Grace to the Garden (of bliss) and forgiveness, and makes His Signs clear to mankind: That they may celebrate His praise, (Al_Quraan_002.221).

Remember: No Marriage is Marriage if it is for fixed period of time (No Mutah), so don’t Fool Our Sisters. In reality Marriage is a blessed permanent contract between a man and a woman for the whole life and comes under boundary limit as commandment by Allah BUT in an exceptional cases allowed to divorce with full fairness, (Ref: Al_Quraan_002.229 / 004:019, 035 / 070:029-031).

Quraan does not contain any verse on Stoning to Death for the Punishment of illegal Sex.

No Muslim is a Muslim if one takes laws in his/her own hand and unjustly kill or hurt anyone including for Adultery/Blasphemy. He/she don’t deserve to be called as Muslim rather a Hypocrite, (Ref: Al_Quraan_005.044-047).

If Quraan cannot convince you nothing will: None argue concerning the revelations (Ayaat) of Allah BUT those who Disbelieve ..., (Al_Quraan_040.004). The command is for none but Allah, (Al_Quraan_018:026).
