Today Global World is on the edge of total collapse and west started accepting that. In the news they started saying 1% are rich and 99% are poor, what about in the third world, perhaps it could be 1 in million rich and rest are poor.

If 99% are rich and 1% are poor, then rich can give charity of 1% which total from all rich will 99% then everyone will be balance, but if 98% are rich and 2% are poor and rich, then rich will have to contribute more. BUT what if 1% are rich and 99% are poor and no one has any hope to fix the Global System. What about the rest of the poor countries.
 
Although the BEST and EASIEST solutions are through Global, without any discrimination of religion, race, gender, colour, language etc. BUT even if Global World doesn’t understand, Muslim World doesn’t need to sit and wait for Allah to come down and fix it. We have the Quraan (True Book of Guidance from Allah) with us and we collectively need to do all necessary actions under our limited resources to fix all kinds of major and minor issues. First step on all these is to Educate our Citizens including Media and our Law and Order Enforcement Agencies (Police, Army, Judicial Systems etc.). Remember: No changes without right actions. Act now before it gets too late, keeping in mind tomorrow never comes.
 
No Vote to an True Peaceful Party is also a Vote to Non-Peaceful party. Election is a kind of Bai’ya (Oath of Allegiance, Promise, Agreement, Support) what Sahabaa used to have and it is a witness as well as a Justice. So be careful. It is also a Great Peaceful Noble effort to bring True Peaceful System to build Heavenly Earth.
 
O you who believe! be maintainers of justice, bearers of witness of Allah's sake, though it may be against your own selves or (your) parents or near relatives; if he be rich or poor, Allah is nearer to them both in compassion; therefore do not follow (your) low desires, lest you deviate; and if you swerve or turn aside, then surely Allah is aware of what you do, (Al_Quraan_004.135).
 
Make sure to do justice with all minorities as well and provide them employment in balance way. When Disbelievers planned to attack Madinah, Prophet Muhammad (Peace-Be-Upon-Him) ask Sahabas for their suggestions. One of the Sahabaas Salman the Persian or Salman al-Farsi (RA) who was in absolute minority, gave idea to have trench, and Prophet Muhammad (Peace-Be-Upon-Him) liked his idea very much and adopted it. Ummah is one and like a full body in human. Those who are in majority or power could be like hands and legs but those who are in extreme minority could be like brain a key part in the body and when it is dead Doctor may declare that patient as Brain Dead.

How come a Muslim is still a True Muslim even after cheating, raping innocent women, robing people, doing all kind of unjust crimes without repenting permanently, when the Quraan say NO, (Ref: Al_Quraan_004.044-047).

Before understanding the Professional Election, we must understand the Kingdom, the Dictatorship and the Democracy.
 
Kingdom:

Is there any escape from a Kingdom, if a corrupt person becomes King or Queen, other than his / her natural death, without any use of power other than Democracy?
 
How come a True Human Loving King or a Queen doesn’t implement the True Peaceful Laws?
 
Absolutely not, also remember there is no place of Kingdom in Islaam, since the Command is for Allah only. (Ref: Al_Quraan_006.057).
 
Dictatorship:

Is there any escape from Dictatorship, if a corrupt person becomes a Ruler, other than his / her natural death, without any use of power other than Democracy?
 
How come a True Human Loving Dictator (Ruler) doesn’t implement the True Peaceful Laws?
 
Absolutely not, also remember there is no place of Dictatorship in Islaam, since the Command is for Allah only. (Ref: Al_Quraan_006.057).
 
Democracy:

Is there any escape from Prime Minister or President, if a corrupt person becomes a Ruler, other than his/her natural death, without any use of power?
 
Yes, of course, since there is a time period of 4-5 years, unless Prime Minister or President is keeping Chief of Justice, Chief of Defense and all other Chiefs in his pockets, which need to be changed.
 
How come a Prime Minister or a President who is a Muslim and in Power doesn’t implement the Complete Islaamic Laws according to the Quraan?
 
BUT still, there is no place of Democracy in Islaam. Since those who know and those who don’t know are not equal, (Ref: Al_Quraan_039.009).
 
Leader and Quality of a Leader: We Must Select our Leader:

And withhold yourself with those who call on their Lord morning and evening desiring His goodwill, and let not your eyes pass from them (always yes sir, till they follow the Quraan), desiring the beauties of this world's life; and do not follow him whose heart We have made unmindful to Our remembrance, and he follows his low desires and his case is one in which due bounds are exceeded, (Al_Quraan_018.028).
 
Those who, should We establish them in the land, will keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and enjoin good and forbid evil; and Allah's is the end of affairs, (Al_Quraan_022.041).
 
O you who believe! obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority (Leader) from among you; then if you quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the last day; this is better and very good in the end, (Al_Quraan_004.059).
 
Allah has promised to those of you who believe and do good that He will most certainly make them rulers in the earth as He made rulers those before them, and that He will most certainly establish for them their religion which He has chosen for them, and that He will most certainly, after their fear, give them security in exchange; they shall serve Me, not associating aught with Me; and whoever is ungrateful after this, these it is who are the, transgressors, (Al_Quraan_024.055).
 
What about Professional Election:

What about Professional Election??? Think & Think Again :::>>> Due to the Advancement in every field and also the world is moving towards Globalization, so we need to Re-Think from all angles.
 
Quraan gives the solutions to all issues:

Human laws are week and may do major destruction to mankind. Just take an example of marriage laws passed in the province Ontario, Canada for Lesbians and Gays. Democracy and Human Rights may allow them to marry with the same sex. Think what could happen after 100 years if all the people of Canada will become Lesbians and Gays. No more production of kids. If no one abroad gives their kids to be adopted by these Lesbians and Gays, then after 100 years not a single person may exist to run and protect Canada. Human laws could give this major destruction to the society. Allah’s laws give perfect solutions to all issues and protect us from any kind of destructions if we FULLY adopt his laws.

Dealing with each other:

O You who believe! Eat not up your property among yourselves in vanities: but let there be amongst you traffic and trade by mutual good will (with Justice): nor kill (or destroy) yourselves: for verily Allah hath been to you Most Merciful. If any do that in rancor and injustice, soon shall we cast them into the fire: and easy it is for Allah, (Al_Quraan_004.029-030).

Dealing with the Spouse:

Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more than the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women), so good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded …, (Al_Quraan_004.034).

(Women must obey their husband if his order is not against the Quraan)

Dealing with the Governments:

O you believe! Obey Allah, and obey the messenger and those of you who are in authority; and if you have a dispute concerning any matter, refer it to Allah and the messenger if you are (in truth) believers is Allah and the Last Day. That is better and more seemly in the end, (Al_Quraan_004.059).

Globalization may be good BUT we need to PREPARE well before applying Globalization, otherwise it could be another disaster, like Canada already faced when there were NAFTA agreement and many of the big companies moved to Mexico and here in Canada many people faced jobs losses and it affect badly to Canadian Economy. Democracy is Blind, BUT if we apply the Quraanic Solution to present Election, it will be Profession Election. Many outdated rules will be roll back, while many rules will be updated and many new rules will be introduced.

Those who don’t do Justice according to the Laws of Allah, they are disbelievers:

Surely We revealed the Taurat in which was guidance and light; with it the prophets who submitted themselves (to Allah) judged (matters) for those who were Jews, and the masters of Divine knowledge and the doctors, because they were required to guard (part) of the Book of Allah, and they were witnesses thereof; therefore fear not the people and fear Me, and do not take a small price for My communications; and whoever did not judge by what Allah revealed, those are they that are the unbelievers, (Al_Quraan_005.044).

No Vote to a Peaceful Party is also a Vote to Non-Peaceful party. Election is a kind of Bai’ya (Oath of Allegiance, Promise, Agreement, Support) what Sahabaa used to have and it is a witness as well as a Justice. So be careful. It is also a Great Peaceful struggle to bring Peace around the Globe and build Heavenly Earth.

Caution! Allah may punish those who vote to the Non-Peaceful Party while a True Peaceful Party exists, which is sincerely, and peacefully working to build Heavenly Earth. Allah may also punish those who just sit in their home and don’t go to vote for the Peaceful Party and because of that the Non-Peaceful Party may come in to power and destroy Global System.
 
Think! There is a way to obtain peaceful victory, and for that we only need majority of true Peace Loving Voters then there is no doubt that True Peaceful Party will come into power and be able to build Heavenly Earth. We may not get success without Perfect Unity.
 
Warning! Tell this Ummah that they must support True Peaceful Party if it exists in their region by giving their vote as well so that Heavenly Earth may be established peacefully, otherwise the Non-Peaceful Party may destroy the Global System and Allah may punish you as well, so Be Careful.
 
Have you not seen those who assert that they believe in what has been revealed to you and what was revealed before you? They desire to summon one another to the judgment of the Shaitaan, though they were commanded to deny him, and the Shaitaan desires to lead them astray into a remote error, (Al_Quraan_004.060).
 
Help Allah to get Help from Allah:

O you who believe! If you will Help Allah, He will Help you, and plant your feet firmly, (Al_Quraan_047.007).

What about those rulers, who don’t implement the True Peaceful System? What about those who appoint them by giving their votes in a democratic system, although there are others Peaceful Party asking their supports, so that they may be able to build Heavenly Earth? What about those who don’t go for votes where there is a democratic system, to elect someone who is promising to build Heavenly Earth? As an example, suppose 3% of the population want True Peaceful System, but didn’t vote, 49% vote to the Non-Peaceful Party while 48% vote to True Peaceful Party. Then Non-Peaceful Party will be in power only because of 3% of the people didn’t vote. Why there are so many divided Peaceful Parties?  Suppose that the majority of the people don’t want to build Heavenly Earth then, would you like to force the people or keep doing invitation and leave the rest on Allah? A Muslim can never vote to a Non-Peaceful Party, while there is True Peaceful Party available in the region. These things are extremely important and need TRUE Justice otherwise the corrupt Rulers will be appointed and will destroy Heavenly Earth. You must help those who are sincerely & peacefully trying to build Heavenly Earth.

Those who Vote to NON-Peaceful Party May be actually Disbelievers:

O you who believe! Whoso of you becomes a renegade from his religion, (know that in his stead) Allah will bring a people whom He loves and who love Him, humble toward believers, stern toward disbelievers, striving in the way of Allah and fearing not the blame of any blamer. Such is the grace of Allah, which He gives unto whom He will. Allah is All Embracing, All Knowing, [Al_Quraan_005.054]. Remember: There is no Compulsion in the Religion …, (Al_Quraan_002.256).

Votes are not equal:

Are those equal, those who know and those who do not know, (Al_Quraan_039.009)?

How come the vote of Great Scholars and Ph.D. Scholars are equal to those who don’t know how to read and write their name?

Globalization:

The first step towards Globalization came into existence when our Prophet Muhammad (Peace-Be-Upon-Him) came as Rahmatullil-Aalemeen, Prophet for the whole world. Before Rasool Allah (Peace-Be-Upon-Him), all prophets came for Local People. Now it is the age of Globalization and we need to think Globally and for everybody, since everyone has right to live happily.

Professional Election:

Professional Election is in which those who know and those who don’t are not equal and their votes are not equal as well.
 
If we don’t fill the glass with clean water, air will take the place. Similarly if we leave the Politics, Media etc. empty, others Non-Peaceful people will take place, which could be very harmful to the Ummah, which is happening all around the world.
 
No one is professionally expert of Mathematics, Statistics, Geology, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, Electronics, Computers, etc. at the same time. We need Professionally Experts from every discipline without any discrimination. If there are several Professional Experts, then there is no harm in having micro elections among them, to appoint a Minister.
 
For a Peaceful Election, we need to include Highly Professionalism in Elections. A Group of Very Highly Professional and Highly Experienced Practiced Person should be allowed to elect a Candidate for each Ministry within the Group, without any discrimination. In an Ideal case, we can have Retired Personals above the age of 60 years from Top of the Ranks in each group. Elections should be every three years. In an exceptional case we may include those above the age of 50 years. No Ministers or elected members will be above 75 years of age unless he is exceptionally fit for it.
 
Ministry of Defense at Federal Level:

Defense is extremely important from internal as well as external, before establishment of any system. It should apply the techniques of Perfect Defense to Defend from Land, Air, Sea and Cyber etc., so that we will be protected from every side.
 
We need to include, All Retired Practiced Generals above the age of 60 years from Land Force to Elect 5 Retired Generals above the age of 60 years without any discrimination, similarly equivalent number from Air and Naval Force need to be elected. These 15 members will appoint a Defense Minister among them; in such a way that there will be three periods in 3 years and a person will be appointed for Defense Minister from each group in turn.
 
Ministry of Law and Order:

We need to have a Complete System of Law and Order without any discrimination. We will not go for double standard. Instead, we will go for only one system, which is True Peaceful Court and no differences will be taken into considerations for a political or non-political prisoners, ruler (head of states) or their people etc.
 
Retired Practiced Judges above the age of 60 years, of True Peaceful Court will elect a member among them in each city. These members will finally appoint a Ministry of Law.
 
All minorities will be allowed to practice their faith in-house. Minorities will not be allowed to celebrate their festivals outside without prior permission for each and every festival every time.
 
Ministry of Health:

Health of our people is very important. Retired Senior Specialist Practiced Doctors above the age of 60 years will elect a member in each city. These members will finally appoint Health Minister.
 
Ministry of Education:

We need to promote professional education. We also need to promote the use of modern tools including computers in every field. Every professional course must include Economics as a subject.
 
Every Retired Practiced Dean (Head of University) above the age of 60 years will elect a member in each city. These members will finally appoint Minister of Education.
 
Ministry of Immigration:

We need to give immigrations to those refugees who are having hardship, without any discrimination.
 
When angels take the souls of those who die in sin against their souls, they say: "In what (plight) were you?" They reply: "Weak and oppressed were we in the earth." They say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to move yourselves away (From evil)?" Such men will find their abode in Hell, What an evil refuge, (Al_Quraan_004.097).

O my bondmen who believe! Lo! My earth is spacious. Therefore serve Me only. How many are the creatures that carry not their own sustenance, (Al_Quraan_029.052-063)?

Other Ministries:

We will apply similar method to appoint Ministers for each possible area, not for big salary rather to help to Global Community.
 
Future Developments:

We will always need for any future changes. We will present in the assembly for approval by Prime Minister / President.
 
Prime Minister or President:

We will not go for double standard. We will only have Prime Minister, not for big salary rather to help to community. However, True Peaceful Court will have power to terminate the Prime Minister upon valid reasons.
 
Who should be the Ideal Prime Minister?

Those who have True Knowledge of Global System and who is fully aware of modern Technologies as well can be Ideal Prime Minister. If there are more person of this caliber, then they can have Micro Election. Ideally Retired persons, at least having Master Degree holder in this discipline above the age of 60 will elect a member in each city / province / state etc. Finally these members will elect a Prime Minister above the age of 60 and below the age of 75.
 
Salaries and Wages:

There will be standard for Salaries in the country. Salaries will be reviewed / revived. Special care will be given for people having low income. Salary cut will be for highly paid employees.
 
Rental Houses Geared to the Tenant Family Income:

Global Government needs to build Rental Houses, in which rent will be geared to the tenant family income. It will also help to reduce the production cost.
 
Interest based usury or Profit and Loss:

All interest / usury based system will be demolished and true profit and lost system will be adopted.
 
Currency (unlimited virtual Gold):

Global Currency will be unlimited virtual Gold. Paper or coin money of 1 gold is equivalent to 1 gram of gold similarly paper money of 100 gold is equivalent to 100 grams of gold. This is also an essential part in our success, since it will help in stabilizing the prices of goods and hence will reduce the rate of inflation.
 
TAX:

To run the Government we need funds, through TAXES.
 
… And they ask thee what they ought to spend. Say: That which is superfluous …, (Al_Quraan_002.219).
 
O you who believe! Spend of the good things which you have earned, and of that which we bring forth from the earth for you, and seek not the bad (with intent) to spend thereof when you would not take it for yourselves save with disdain; and know that Allah is Absolute, Owner of Paradise, (Al_Quraan_002.267).
 
Tax the Greedy NOT the Needy. General Tax of 5%, 10% or 20% etc. will be deducted depending upon their total family income, if their total family income is above a certain limit depending upon their family size. Look at the developed countries, they deduct high taxes to serve their nations and they have much better facilities of Health, Education and Defense etc. How can you expect that your government will serve and protect you without your help? Without your help your government may be in very poor shape and may not be able to serve and protect you.
 
Charity of 2.5% will be deducted from their annual savings, etc. and will be spending to family or person having low income through Global Charity.
 
Additional Taxes may be deducted from the rich people and highly paid person depending upon the requirement. Upon submission of FALSE information, all the belongings and properties may be SEIZED and will be donated to the Global Charity.

Non-Practicing Muslims are like ASS / Donkey carrying books, (Ref: Al_Quraan_062.005).

None argue concerning the revelations (Ayaat) of Allah but those who disbelieve …, (Ref: Al_Quraan_040.004).
