Only James Bond has License to Kill BUT in Movies only. Many Muslims feel pain/hurt due to someone leaves their faith Islaam. It is natural to feel pain, but people must be patient in all cases including this and no one is allowed to take laws into their own hand. Laws of Makka al Mukarrama and Al Madina Al Monawara where disbelievers are NOT allowed to visit or live cannot be applied to rest of the Islaamic Countries. Killing Apostate (Murtid) is totally against the Quraan and those who do this act are unjust and don’t deserve to be called as Muslims rather Hypocrites and they deserve severe punishment for this unjust killing based on the Quraan.

No matter what, all Fatwas must be based on the Quraan, since the Commands / Decisions / Directives / Judgments) is for Allah only and none can change his words, (Ref: Al_Quraan_006.057, 010.015 – 016, 013.031, 018:026-027).

Turning back from Religion is Matter with Allah, so Don’t Take Laws in Your Hand:

… Whoever of you turns back from his religion, then he dies while an unbeliever-- these it is whose works shall go for nothing in this world and the hereafter, and they are the inmates of the fire; therein they shall abide, (Ref: Al_Quraan_002.217).

As for those who come to believe, and then deny the truth, and again come to believe, and again deny the truth, and thereafter grow stubborn in their denial of the truth, God will never forgive them, nor will He guide them, (Ref: Al_Quraan_004.137).

O you who believe! whoever from among you turns back from his religion, then Allah will bring a people, He shall love them and they shall love Him, lowly before the believers, mighty against the unbelievers, they shall strive hard in Allah's way and shall not fear the censure of any censurer; this is Allah's Face, He gives it to whom He pleases, and Allah is Ample-giving, Knowing, (Ref: Al_Quraan_005.054).

Surely (as for) those who return on their backs after that guidance has become manifest to them, the Shaitan has made it a light matter to them; and He gives them respite. That is because they say to those who hate what Allah has revealed: We will obey you in some of the affairs; and Allah knows their secrets. But how will it be when the angels cause them to die smiting their backs. That is because they follow what is displeasing to Allah and are averse to His pleasure, therefore He has made null their deeds, (Ref: Al_Quraan_047.025-028).

Cherry Pick is NOT Allowed, it is causing many consequences and is UNJUST:

You cannot do cherry pick from the Quraan. You need to take whole Quraan and apply it at modern time and today’s time is Global Time and World has become a Global Village. With True Love we can win the hearts of others but not with hate. We are all children of Adam and Eve and we are all cousin brothers and cousin sisters, we are Global Family. We need to work on fixing Global Economy which is the rout causes of many Gigantic Problem and Human are suffering all around the Globe.

Hiring Robot and Firing People is going on, BUT Robots and Machines don’t eat apples and oranges, so apple and orange farms and their businesses will be bankrupt. A single machine may replace thousand human, BUT not a single machine can ever replace as single machine. We must start Friendly Interfaith Dialogues as well as Intersect Dialogues regularly where people can ask questions and scholars can answer them. No Muslim is a Muslim if one takes laws in his/her own hand and unjustly kill or hurt anyone including for Killing of Apostate (Murtid)/Honour Killing/Killing for Adultery/Killing for Blasphemy, No one has license to kill. He/she don’t deserve to be called as Muslim rather a Hypocrite and is an Enemy of Islaam, (Ref: Al_Quraan_005.044-047).

If Quraan cannot convince you nothing will: None argue concerning the revelations (Ayaat) of Allah BUT those who Disbelieve ..., (Al_Quraan_040.004).

The command is for none but Allah, (Al_Quraan_018:026).

Hypocrites read the Quraan but practice something else. Islaam is True Peaceful Religion.
