None can change Allah’s words:
Al-Kahf (018), Ayat 027 / Al_Ahzab (033), Ayat 062.
Deeds
are NOT
Transferable: Benefits or Punishments are NOT Transferable:
You will get reward of what you yourself used to do,
(Al_Quraan_036.054, 045.028).
Don’t get confused with following Ayaat. Here the Topic is Janaaza, the
last honor, in which we request Allah for forgiveness.
And never offer prayer (Salaat-ul-Janaaza) for any one of them who dies
and do not stand by his grave; surely they disbelieve in Allah and His
Messenger (Peace-Be-Upon-Him) and they shall die in transgression,
(Al_Quraan_009.084).
For each of your actions,
including
the Hajj/Umrah or Reciting the Quraan etc., you will get reward of what
you
have done, and surely DEEDS of your loved ones or others will NOT save
you, (Selected References: Al_Quraan_003.030, 003.185,
006.164,
014.051, 016.111, 018.047-049, 020.015-016, 031.033, 036.054,
039.069-070, 040.017, 044.041, 045.028, 060.003, 070.010-015, 075.13,
080.034-037, 082.005, 099.007-008).
Although only one verse from the Quraan is enough, BUT when references
are a lot then we need to correct our beliefs according to the Quraan
immediately and not reverse.
In simple terms, Rewards of any Deeds, e.g. the Hajj/Umrah or Reciting
the
Quraan or Salaat etc. are not Transferable. You will get rewards of
what you have done not your loved ones or others.
Do they not then reflect on the Quraan? No, on their hearts there are
locks, (Al_Quraan_047.024).
None argue concerning the revelations (Ayaat) of Allah, BUT those who
Disbelieve..., (Ref: Al_Quraan_040.004).
In which Hadeeth, other than this (Hadeeth of Allah), do they believe?
(Al_Quran_077.050).
HAJJ
/ UMRAH:
HAJJ is Farz once in a
life time
subject to affordability, (Ref: Al_Quraan_003:096-097). HAJJ/UMRAH
performance
should be based on hard earned personal Halaal income and there should
not be any debt and other obligations on the person performing
HAJJ/UMRAH.
There is no concept of free Hajj/Umrah or performing Hajj/Umrah on
someone else
money as it is Fard on those only who can afford it. HAJJ/UMRAH-e-Badal
or performing HAJJ/UMRAH for someone else, dead or alive, as a
substitute
conflicts with the clear directives of the Quraan as follows:
… No
bearer of any burden can bear the burden of another person,
(Al_Quraan_017:015 / 035:018 / 036:054).
…
Persons alive or dead are not equal and the dead lying in graves can
listen nothing, (Al_Quraan_035:022).
…
The dead and deaf can hear nothing, (Al_Quraan_027:080).
…
The dead will only be awakened on the Day of Judgment and until then
they will sleep under BARZAQ (barrier/veil) which prevents them from
awakening, (Al_Quraan_023:100 / 027:080 / 030:052).
…
Allah asks us to uphold the TRUTH and follow the Book and avoid
committing excesses and over acting in religious matters and
rituals/Faraiz and not to follow the misguidance of such people who
have gone astray from His right path, (Al_Quraan_002:042 /
004:171 / 005:077/007:003/033:062/039:023 ). Therefore avoid all
misguidance and excesses in religious matters/rituals like that of
Hajj/Umrah
and Qurbani due to lack of Quraanic knowledge.
…
Allah has made the religion of Islaam clear and easy to follow HIS
Guidance with good tidings for the believers,
(Al_Quraan_027:001-002 / 024:018). Follow Quraanic guidance with only
such Hadiths which are in conformity with the Quraan. All such
over-research to make our simple and complete Deen (005:003) as hard as
possible be avoided.
…
Allah says there is no compulsion or difficulty at all in religious
matters and rituals to follow, (Al_Quraan_002:256 /
022:078).
Hence please avoid those who create unnecessary hardship in our easy
Deen.
…
Allah does not accept repentance of such evil doers who continue to
indulge in sins and evils until death,
(Al_Quraan_004:018), even
after performing Hajj/Umrah, time and again.
Note:
After HAJJ/Umrah performance and Taubah (repentance), the person
concerned
MUST shun all evils and sins and live a life of piety, righteousness
and do good deeds to earn the blessings of Allah. Further
instead of excessive performances of Hajj/Umrah, the money thus saved
may be spent on any good deed and helping the poor and the needy.
According to Authentic Hadeeth, our Prophet performed only once to set
an example for his followers to avoid excesses.
QURBANI/SACRIFICE
OF ANIMALS:
HAJJ Qurbani is linked
with
performance of HAJJ only and the place of Qurbani is only near Kabaa in
Makkah. Allah allowed Qurbani by those performing Hajj for eating and
distributing the meat to the poor and the needy. Further Allah has
allowed that those who cannot afford to make Qurbani, they should keep
fast for 3 days during HAJJ and further fast for 7 days after they
reach their homes thus totalling10 days. Please see details in
Al_Quraan_002:196 / 022:026-037. This indicates how Allah has made the
Hajj rituals easy to follow.
As for the Sunnah
Ibrahimi event,
this took place some 6000 years before the Quraan was bestowed by Allah
on our Prophet on completion of our Deen, Islaam, (Ref:
Al_Quraan_005:003).
The details are mentioned separately in another Surah Al-Sifah
(Al_Quraan_037:102-108), when Hazrath Ibrahim tried to slaughter his
son, Hazrath Ismail, at the command of God, then Allah pleased with the
devotion and submission of Hazrath Ibrahim put a lamb/goat instead for
slaughter. Hence this Sunnah Ibrahimi can be given any time subject to
requirements (Ref: Al_Quraan_022:034) but cannot be linked as a Fariz
with
Eid ul Adha Namaz prayed only by those not performing Hajj.
Those who perform Hajj
don’t
pray Eid-ulAdha Namaz and therefore it has been made a Wajib Namaz
without Azan for non-Hajis without any binding of Qurbani. Further in
Arabia, the non-Hajis don't slaughter animals unnecessarily and on such
a mass scale as in Pakistan but they do pray Eid Ul Adha Namaz.
Actually this is a very simple ritual made hard by our Ulemas because
we lack Quraanic knowledge. Please avoid misguidance and excesses in
religious matters and rituals (Ref: Al_Quraan_004:171/005:77). Read
Quraan
or its translation to improve your Deeni knowledge.
Allah
says:
…
Qurbani of calf (being infant) is prohibited and the cow for Qurbani
should neither be too old nor suffer from any disability/defect but
should be young, (Al_Quraan_002:067-071). Hence please
desist
from slaughtering the infant calf. Avoid misguidance.
…
Only piety (TAQWA) of the Qurbani giver reaches Allah not the meat,
(Al_Quraan_005:027 / 022:037). This means the Qurbani giver should be
pious with Halal income.
NOTE:
Islaam is an easy and clear religion and there is no compulsion or
force in our DEEN as to slaughter animals on mass scale on the occasion
of Eid Ul Adha by those not performing Hajj. Please avoid committing
excesses and over-acting in religious rituals due to misguidance on the
basis of weak Hadiths, tales and stories, traditions and sayings
contrary to Quraan. Instead please help the poor and needy. Please note
that every one of us is answerable directly to Allah alone for all of
our deeds and misdeeds without any Sifarish/recommendation/Duaa of any
middle man/Pir/Aalim/Imam etc. as in other non-Islaamic religions. Allah prohibited priesthood (Ref:
Al_Quraan_057:027) as its results in religious exploitation.
All our brothers,
sisters and younger
generation who don't know Arabic are cordially requested to read
translation of the Quraan with explanation/Tafsir to understand the
guidance/directives of Allah to avoid being misled, deviated or
misguided. The basic aim of Allah is to guide the erring and deviated
entire humanity not the Arabs alone. Tilawath means following the
Guidance of Allah after reading and understanding the Quraan. Please
note that Islaam is not confined to so called Five Pillars only which
is not at all supported and mentioned as such in the Quraan The whole
Quraan is the Pillar of Islaam. Please read some important
Quraanic guidelines below:
Quraanic Fatwa:
IMPORTANT
GUIDELINES OF ALLAH:
…
Allah says none and not even our Prophet can change/amend or deviate
from His guidance/directives to humanity except following and preaching
the Quraan and guiding the erring humanity and warning the
non-believers to come to Allah’s right path,
(Al_Quraan_010:015, 064, 094-095,109 /16:064/ 018:027 / 024:054/
25:001,056/ 33:002/ 46:009).Hence avoid all such weak and unauthentic
Hadiths, tales, stories, sayings, traditions, Arabic history and
excesses and over-research on a complete Deen not in conformity with
the Quraan. Our Prophet never wrote any Hadith to be termed authentic
and non-challengeable but written by various Imams after more than 100
years after the death our Prophet. As such with the passage of time,
they were subject to misinterpretation and manipulations and that is
why we search for Sahih Hadiths. Hence the best course for acceptance
and satisfaction is to check whether the Hadiths are in conformity with
the Quraan or not.
…
Allah sent down the Quraan in truth and those who create differences
will go to HELL,
(Al_Quraan_002:176). Allah's message is unchangeable
(Al_Quraan_033:062). Hence avoid all such weak and unauthentic Hadiths,
tales, stories, sayings and traditions, deviations, misguidance,
misinterpretation etc. which are not in conformity with the Quraanic
Guidance.
…
Allah asks us to hold fast to HIS rope and not to be divided,
(Al_Quraan_003:103). As such there is no concept of sects,
sub-sects, Maslak, Fiqah, unnecessary Ijtehad, deviations etc.
which divide the Muslims. Our Prophet was a true Muslim only and never
preached any sectarian differences etc.
…
Allah says that the worst people are those who do not use their brain
to understand but remain deaf and dumb,
(Al_Quraan_008:022). Hence we should use our brain to understand and
practice Islaam correctly to earn the Blessings of Allah.
…
Allah asks us to uphold TRUTH and follow the Book and avoid committing
excesses and over acting in religious matters and rituals/Faraiz and
not to follow the misguidance of such people who have gone astray from
His right path, (Al_Quraan_002:042 / 004:171 /
005:077/007:003/039:023 ). Therefore please give priority to reading
and understanding of Quraan first to avoid all misguidance,
misunderstanding and exploitation along with various deviations, tales
and stories, traditions and other differences to confuse and deviates
Muslims from Allah's Right Path.
…
Allah says that there are many exploiting Aalims/scholars who misguide
the people from the right path of Allah and unjustly earn money,
(Al_Quraan_009:034). We should avoid such Aalims/Imams who give more
importance to weak and unauthentic Hadiths, sayings, stories,
traditions etc. rather than Quraanic Guidance to misguide us and also
adopt Islaam as a profession to earn money and promote their cults and
priesthood and become Demi Gods.
…
Allah says those (Aalims, Imams, Scholars, Moulvis, Maulanas, Muftis )
who conceal the truth of Quraanic guidance from being projected to
humanity and mix truth with falsehood ( like giving more importance to
weak and unauthentic Hadiths, tales, stories, sayings, traditions etc.
not in conformity with Quraan to deviate the Muslims ) and make a
livelihood by adopting Islaam as a profession, will go to HELL,
(Al_Quraan_002: 41-42,159, 174-175/6:90/16:95). Therefore all our
Aalims/scholars/Imams and Quraanic teachers must give preference to
projecting and explaining Quraanic guidance/directives on all walk of
our lives along with authentic Hadiths etc. so that we follow the right
path of Allah and are not deviated, misguided or misled and also stop
earning a livelihood on Islaam. They should adopt other means of
livelihood as done by our Prophet. The preaching and projection of
Islaam is a FI SABIL ILLAH/voluntary work.
…
Our Prophet was specifically directed by Allah not to adopt Islaam as a
means of livelihood, (Al_Quraan:102:104 / 025:057) as it is a Fi Sabil
Illah work in the service of Allah. Accordingly our Prophet worked hard
to make a livelihood. Our Aalims/Imams/scholars/Muftis and Quraanic
teachers who have adopted Islaam as a money earning profession should
follow Allah’s directive and our Prophet’s example in this
regard and work hard to make a living.
